Cottage was amazing- a massive log structure - very beautiful- and also very well equipped. Host was responsive and timely. Everything worked properly as well.

Relaxant. Positive: La configuration, le foyer extérieur, la propreté. Le concept du hot tub a l'interieur est très bien. l'équipement est très complet. Negative: Il était indiqué à aucun endroit sur le site internet et personne n'a mentionné qu'un sentier pédestre traversait le terrain de ce chalet. Nous avons eu quelques surprises de voir des gens regarder dans la fenêtre de la cuisine ou passer directement à nos côtés lorsque nous utilisions le hot tub. Aussi, la chambre au rez-de-chaussé était anormalement chaude. Nous avons déterminé que le thermostat qui contrôle le plancher de la chambre n'est pas celui qui capte la chaleur. Cela a affecté le confort des utilisateurs de cette chambre.

THANKSGIVING FAMILY GATHERING IN A GRAND CHALET WITH INDOOR SPA Positive: The property was as expected very beautiful. It was clean and had all the amenities and more. Loved the indoor spa which was a plus. King Size and Queen Size bed were comfortable as per my son and my daughter's confirmations. The grounds were nice, had a nice spot for the fire pit and chairs. Negative: The code did not work so we lost a good 15 min to get the door open by administration. There was a constant lack of communication when we called on the French line. There were a few items broken in the property which I took pictures and sent to the property not to be billed, suchas Stove top, TV furniture. They mention 1 room with 2 double beds (wrong they were single outdated spring mattresses very uncomfortable). I slept in the Twin beds. I did not sleep well. I got bed soars. The mattresses are outdated coil spring. It sunk down and was very uncomfortable. My stay was not relaxing due to the bed situation. There should Have been a 2nd Queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom, instead of twin beds. The price we paid for such a big chalet, at 61 years of age, with a family gathering, I expected all the beds to be at least memory foam quality. they were squeeky as well. I advised the property they needed to be changed. There was missing outdoor lighting at night the small road leading to the parking as well as part of the parking was completly dark. It was dangerous for injuries around he property. We went for a family gathering Thankgiving weekend. It gets dark at 6PM so it was hard to find our way from the parking to unpack.

Always amazing to stay there Positive: We go frequently to this ressort and it was my first time using a third party. Everything was smooth except the entry code was initially missed but they were always instantly responsive. Negative: I didn't like they had issues on their website to collect the deposit so that was inconvenient but minor

Beautiful private wooded location,clean, kitchen was well equipped but no responses when contacting property after arriv Positive: The location is beautiful in the woods and private. The kitchen was stocked which was very nice. It was very clean. Lots of places to sleep. The hot tub was great. Negative: We were not told that there was a skating rink on site and we asked. The tv did not work - would turn on but no reception to cable/netflix, etc.. the hot tub cover was not set up correctly and did not work - no biggy but would have been nice to know as well as the floor around the hot tub freezes - there is a very small sign but coming in during the dark you don’t see the sign. No kindling got the fire. We received automated emails from property but when we asked questions had no response what so ever and haven’t experienced this before.
