Super fin de semaine de détente en chalet-spa! Positive: Réponse rapide du proprio lorsqu'on a eu un soucis pour démarrer le foyer. Negative: Tout était super, mais j'aurais aimé pouvoir cacher aux voisins la vue qui donne aux escaliers.

Bon rapport qualité prix et spa sous les étoiles! Positive: Lumineux, juste la taille qu’il faut pour deux. Immense chambre à l’étage. Très propre et équipes à l’écoute! Barbecue et spa très appréciés (et par temps clair, le spa est vraiment sous la Voie lactée!). Une très agréable pause et un excellent rapport qualité/prix, ça fait chaud au coeur! Negative: Vis à vis avec un autre chalet donc pas trop d’intimité à l’extérieur. Les deux sont vraiment côte à côte. Aussi, le lit grinçait terriblement; le simple fait de se retourner la nuit était compliqué, on n’a pas eu le gros sommeil réparateur dont on rêvait. Le foyer électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Mais rien de tout ça n’est dramatique et ça n’a pas gâché le séjour.

Assez bien mais je ne reviendrai pas Positive: Le calme , le spa, la rapidité avec laquelle le propriétaire est intervenu le premier jour. Negative: La description du chalet sur l'annonce qui n'est pas adéquate ( dimensions, équipements), le ménage qui n'avait pas été correctement fait ( pop Corn dans le salon, poussière dans l'armoire, barbecue très sale ...), les canapés pas confortables, la communication suite à nos items laissés au chalet pas très claire.

A small, nice, cozy chalet, but sadly, the advertised amenities were missing Positive: Quality of the materials, remote area, clean and comfortable chalet. Negative: Pool: It was listed in the Booking ad that there was access to a private pool. However, upon our arrival, we found that no pool was available on-site. Hot tub: It was not functional when we arrived (half empty, open and dirty). They sent someone to fill it up, but it was still very dirty afterwards. We did not use it. Lake access: The listing suggests there is access to, or a view of a lake, which was not the case. When I asked for directions to get there, I did not receive a clear answer. Coffee maker: Although there were two coffee machines, it was impossible to make filtered coffee as mentioned in the listing. We had brought our ground coffee expecting to use a drip coffee maker. If you plan on going to this chalet, be prepared to bring pods (Keurig or nespresso). Proximity to the Lumos chalet: The chalet next door was so close, and no sort of separation between the chalets. We share a parking, fireplace, and frankly, you could easily have a conversation from one spa to the other with no problem. They're about 25 meters apart. Just disappointing when you expect to book an isolated chalet in the woods. Shared outdoor fireplace: Same observation as above. Security cameras: I understand their usefulness to prevent theft or damage, but one of the cameras was aimed directly at the hot tub entrance. It gives the impression that guests are being watched in their swimsuits. They contacted me during my stay about my dog being on site (dogs are permitted - as mentioned in their ad), saying they had seen him on the cameras. So they are looking. Lack of essential supplies: For a 7-day stay, only 4 dishwasher tablets were provided. Every item seems to be counted individually (dish towels (2), garbage bags (4 small ones - none for recycling or compost), cleaning supplies for the kitchen, etc.) There are no shampoo/body soap provided. Not a big deal, just disappointing regarding value for money. We will not be going back to this chalet.
